As you can see from my meals this week, I failed at the 21 day challenge. It happened Wednesday when I forgot to order my chimichangas with a whole wheat tortilla. I just let myself go after that. I would really love to complete such a challenge, but I feel as though I need to work a little more on discipline and self-control when it comes to eating. I failed once, so I gave up. Sadly, this is how a lot of my life has gone. Thank God I have made the decision to do better even when I've messed up.

I will have to train my body to be able to participate in challenges such as this. It's like running a marathon with only training for 3 weeks. I'm not saying its impossible, but its definitely difficult. I am still in the race, although I'm waiting for the cattle to cross the road right now. I will be strong! I will finish this!

There will be no weigh in this week due to technical problems with my scale. It's a battery-operated digital model, so it's gonna have its kinks. So for now, I will just say that I remained at 255.4. I also failed to exercise. I need more discipline. I believe I will start uploading my food journal daily.

Thank you for staying tuned and for those who have been encouraging me! Y'all rock! I love y'all!

Stay Positive! Stay Healthy! And remember to always set aside "me time" and if you're married or in a relationship "us time" as well. Love y'all love muffins!!

XOXO,
B. Ieisha
